WiLamp and ZDlight are used at the “Tiziano” exhibition.
With the innovative lighting management system it is possible to quickly set up the intensity and the color of the light, making it possible to correct the light to enhance the paintings.
WiLAMP controller is the Wi4B and ZDlight solution for the management of lighting and energy saving. The innovative system is based on a wireless sensor network enabled by the lighting systems.
WiLamp permits to manage and dim the light; it can operate with any type of ballast. It is therefore able to manage both LED lamps and HPS. Any number of new lights can be added to the existing network with simple and easy modifications.
In this case-history the controller permitted to set up an ambient light that could be regulated in color and intensity using a personalized software. Theese settings permit to define different colors or different kind of white using an easy web interface.
In this way the environments can be illuminated with the desired light, particularly in areas where the paintings are placed. The lights that directly illuminate the paintings can be easily adapted to bring out the quality of the work of art, allowing the visitor to experience a new sensation of lighting.

Wi4B S.r.l. is an Italian company that has been working for years in the design and setup of wireless network infrastructures, in particular wireless sensor networks, that permit to deploy distributed services with low cost of installation and management.

Wi4B Allix and have decided to join their efforts in the design and implementation of wireless sensor networks.

The merge of WiLamp and ZDlight Street is the new product WiLamp of Wi4B, that combine the expertise of the two groups on the market in a unique and innovative product.

EUROPEAN SATELLITE NAVIGATION COMPETITION 2012

Under the patronage of the Bavarian Minister for Economic Affairs, the EUROPEAN SATELLITE NAVIGATION COMPETITION (Galileo Masters) was re-launched on 2012.
This innovation championship gives enterprises, institutes and research institutions, as well as each committed creative, private individual the opportunity to take an active part in the Galileo project and to submit ideas on the satellite navigation topic.

Allix, in collaboration with the Energy Department of the Politecnico di Milano, is the winner for Italy, it has introduced an innovative plan called “REeCORD – Renewable Energy eCars Optimal Routing Database”. The software located at fleet control centres and remote sensors installed on board EVs guide the vehicles while attempting to optimise recharging and the use of fleet cars and stations.

ZDcloud – cloud computing

The cloud computing platform ZDcloud is an evolution of 55 Degress, the web services platform by Allix.
ZDcloud is able to manage data, files, programs, and also objects (Internet 3.0 – “Internet of things”).
ZDcloud was established to promote dialogue between heterogeneous wireless devices, also expanding the portability of all Allix products. The Allix produtcs are available now with smartphones and tablet and with latest operating system: iOS, Android and Windows Phone.

DOMOTICA Project

Allix has realized the DOMOTICA project, under the «Bando Nuove Tecnologie Digitali per la Competitività delle Imprese Milanesi» promoted by CAMERA DI COMMERCIO DI MILANO. DOMOTICA is an intelligent system management and remote control lighting for home and workplace. This system is based on technology DALI standard, ZigBee and Wireless Ethernet. Lighting control has enormous importance in order to “feel” and experience the home and workplace. In addition, the ability to implement sensors, connecting secondary air conditioning and alarm systems . The system can differentiate lighting environments in accordance with different needs while encouraging energy conservation.

PTA Project

On November 17 at the headquarters of the Province of Como (Villa Gallia, Via Borgovico 148 Como) PTA project presented the workshop: “Innovative technologies as a means of transnational cooperation: the sharing of services and infrastructures in Europe. The project Alpine Technology Platform, an example to share” that has interest and participation in addition to the project partners, Allix is a supplier of technology, in fact could count on the presence of a large and attentive audience.
The PTA project involves the construction of a technology platform enabling the dissemination of information and telematic services, addressed to the Government, to SMEs and to an use in the general cross-border alpine areas.

Not only browsers. The technology developed for satellite navigation can have endless civil applications.
Today at the Villa Grazioli in Rome, the Chairman Eng. Asi Enrico Saggese President of Italian Space Agency, the Director General Luciano Cruscuoli and the Technical Director Mario Cosmo, announced the three winners of the Italian edition of the European Satellite Navigation Competition 2010 [...]
In second place was “SMS – StreetLighting managent System ” a system for monitoring and remote management of public and private lighting systems aims to promote energy conservation and monitoring of natural events, such as the movement of the ground. Proposer society Allix.

Monday, October 4, 2010 at 10:30 am at the Italian Space Agency, Viale di Villa Grazioli 23 – Convention Hall, will host the awards, to Italy, the European Satellite Navigation Competition 2010. Prizes will be awarded by Enrico Saggese President of Italian Space Agency, Sponsor of Galileo Price – Lombardy Region.

This is an international competition that rewards the best ideas and best projects relating to innovative applications in the satellite tracking. It is organised every year under the patronage of the Bavarian Ministry for Economic Affairs, Infrastructure, Transport and Technology and with the support of the German Aerospace Center (DLR), the European Space Agency (ESA) and the ICT trade show SYSTEMS.
