Dear Sir or Madam,

We provide below some information that you need to bring to your knowledge, not only to comply with legal obligations, but also because the transparency and fairness towards those involved is a fundamental part of our business. We respect your privacy and we are committed to protecting your personal data in line with the legislation, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the European Council ("GDPR"), applicable industry standards and best practices. This Privacy Policy establishes the methods by which we collect, use, store, disclose and protect the personal data we treat in order to provide the services contracted.

DATA CONTROLLER

The Data Controller of your personal data is Allix S.r.l., responsible to you for the legitimate and correct use of your personal data. Allix S.r.l. can be contact for any information via email at privacy@allix.it.

DATA PROTECTION OFFICER

The data controller’s structure has a data protection officer (DPO). The DPO is available for any information concerning the processing of personal data carried out by Allix S.r.l., including the list of data processors. You can contact the DPO by writing to privacy@allix.it.

PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED

For processing personal data, we mean any operation or set of operations, performed with or without the aid of automated processes and applied to personal data or sets of personal data, such as collection, registration, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or modification, extraction, consultation, use, communication by transmission, diffusion or any other form available, comparison or interconnection, limitation, cancellation or destruction.
We inform you that, in order to provide the contracted services, we will be able to process the following data:

  • Personal data, such as name, surname, e-mail address, date of birth, an identification number, location data and other data suitable to make you identified or identifiable
  • Data related to the job performed
  • Bank details and other data necessary for the management of contractual obligations.
PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASES OF PROCESSING DATA

Your data will be collected and processed for the sole purpose of providing the contracted services, including any related but necessary activities.

COMMUNICATION OF PERSONAL DATA

It is possible that there is a need for us to communicate your personal data to industry professionals such as business consultants and technical consultants. In addition, your data may be disclosed to other third parties such as our service providers and data managers who provide us with certain services (e.g. accounting services, platform hosting and maintenance services, data analysis services, e-mail management services, distribution services, payment processing services, marketing and advertising services, etc.) and our consultants (e.g. accountants, lawyers, auditors, etc.).

TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION

The collected data will not be transferred abroad for any purpose.

PRESERVATION AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Your data will be kept for a period not exceeding that necessary for the purposes indicated above. In particular, your personal data will be kept for the duration of the contract signed in relation to the provision of our services and for a subsequent period:

  • within the deadlines established by current legislation;
  • within the terms established by the regulations and by the regulations that require data retention (for example, tax declaration);
  • within the period necessary to protect the rights of the data owner in the event of any disputes related to the provision of our services
We have identified the risks that may affect privacy and we have implemented procedures, technical and organizational measures, including physical ones aimed at safeguarding your personal data and preventing its destruction, loss, misuse or unauthorized communication (for example, by encrypting data).

RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

You can assert your rights, as expressed by the articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 of EU Regulation 2016/679, by contacting the Data Controller or the Data Protection Officer pursuant to article 33 paragraph 4.

You have the right, at any time, to ask the Data Controller to access your personal data, to rectify it, to cancel it or limit its processing. Furthermore, you have the right to object, at any time, to the processing of your data and to the portability of your data.

Without prejudice to any other administrative and judicial appeal, if you believe that the processing of data concerning you violates the provisions of EU Reg. 2016/679, pursuant to art. 15 letter f) of the aforementioned EU Reg. 2016/679, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor for the protection of personal data and, with reference to art. 6 paragraph 1, letter a) and art. 9, paragraph 2, letter a), has the right to revoke the consent given at any time. In the case of requesting data portability, the Data Controller will provide you in a structured format, in common and legible, by automatic device, the personal data concerning you, without prejudice to paragraphs 3 and 4 of the art. 20 of the EU Reg. 2016/679.
